Organic Breakfast Smoothie Loaded with Nutrients

Customers, friends and family often ask what we do for different meal ideas. So for those who like food posts, this is for you.

Here’s an organic smoothie loaded with nutrients for breakfast. Egg white protein with colostrum and trace minerals, MCT oil, coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt, organic cinnamon, banana, strawberries, blueberries, spinach, raw cocoa, organic pb, apple cider vinegar, cashew milk, and filtered water from our UltraStream. The UltraStream removes heavy metals, pesticides, pharmaceutical drugs, chlorine, fluoride, and other toxic contaminants that are shown to be in municipal water supplies. Not only that but it makes alkaline, antioxidant rich, and hydrogen water, which are all beneficial for our health.

The protein, fiber, oils, healthy fats will keep your hunger satisfied for hours. I also don’t go too overboard with the fruits to limit overall sugar intake.

I remember growing up on cereals for breakfast and would be hungry within an hour after being at school. There’s no set rules when it comes to making a smoothie, just make sure that it’s packed with nutrients.
